Atlanta Spirit Rookies Guide

Atlanta Spirit was looking for a replacement for their 30 page text-only benefits packet. They wanted something that tied the 3 entities (Hawks, Thrashers and Philips Arena) together, so I pitched the idea of a sports program-like "Rookies Guide". They loved it, and the theme was carried out through the rest of their new hire material.

Employee Compensation Statment

In an effort to show employees the total value of their compensation, Jackson Healthcare approached their benefits consultant for help. The solution was a variable date piece tailored to each employee. The total comp statement was a bi-fold cover with a dye-cut window on the back looking in on a saddle stitched gloss text page that was printed with individual data and addressing information. The whole piece was ready for shipping upon delivery to the client.

Employee Benefit Summary

Marietta Eye Clinic had 2 classes of employees: Office / Technicians and Doctors. They wanted a something that looked similar but was easily distinguishable between the two classifications. And it had to look better than the MS Word document they had been sending out. Both were easily done.

1 Page Leave Behind Ad

i-enroller had only a low-resolution copy of their logo and a few lines of copy. I developed a 2-sided fact sheet / leave behind ad, created a branding guide consisting of logo variations, color pallet, fonts, banner images, presentation slide deck, and icon set as well as business cards and letter head.

Employee Benefit Summary

Kennesaw State University was giving their employees a 30 page printed document for their employee benefits information. We worked with them to cut that page count down to 4 pages and a 2-sided sheet enrollment form. One additional need was for the entire packet to be able to be printed on standard office printers. This required thinking inside the box for once. We gave KSU files for their HR staff to print, as well as specially formatted digital copies that were idea for electronic distribution and enrollment.

Checkup Checklist Cards

To help ensure that their employees were maximizing their available benefits, NutraSweet asked for that they could make available for when their people went in for visits to their doctor. After hearing their requirements, I decided a simple business card would be perfect. Easily carried, able to accommodate all fo the information they wanted to share, and very cheap to produce. I had them printed and shipped directly to their main office in just a few days.

Cancer / General Information Mailer

ProMach wanted to make sure their employees had good information concerning some of their main health concerns: cancer treatment and their children's health coverage. This simple mailer was sent out to all of their employees to provide that material as well as useful resources for getting further, more in-depth information. It was printed on 100# semi-gloss cover stock, folded and sealed for shipping by the printer.

Payroll Stuffers

Each month, Wise Business Forms wanted something that would either highlight one feature of their health plan or focus on one wellness issue. They needed something that wouldn't get tossed in the trash right away. I suggested something be put in with their employees pay checks, and they loved the idea. I designed a simple stuffer on 80# gloss text with a unique color pallet that would change from month to month. Eventually, they decided to include more information, so I transitioned them to a 4"x6" 110# gloss cover piece.

Arby's Restaurant Group

Arby's was looking for a new way to distribute information to their full time employees about upcoming benefit offerings, and they weren't looking forward to just another PowerPoint presentation. Working with their benefits consults, I helped develop this vide, parts of which can be seen below.

In-Store Screen Ads

The Deli Boys Sandwich Shops needed some consistent, branded content to advertise some of their new offerings. With options like gluten-free bread options, new fresh veggie options, and the availability of large platters for parties, they were looking for a few eye-catching ads they could run in-store. Additionally, I gave them 2 seasonally-themed, branded logo animations they could run between ad segments.
